I have been having very light brown, flaky, diarrhea for about four days. my lower abdomen hurts even to touch.

Diarrhea and pain: If your symptoms have been going on this long - it's time to get checked. I would suggest calling your Primary doctor at once or going to an E.R. where they can check you for electrolyte (salt) imbalances and for signs of infection. If you have a fever - that's even more reason to go now. A self-limited gastroenteritis should be clearing up by now - hope you can get help today.
