Period/numb: You need to get in with you GYN doctor and have your periods adjusted ---hormone issue The numbness of the arm is probably a pinched nerve in your neck (base) can be caused from poor posture and being uncomfortable and anxious about your GYN problem. If your lips and both hands are getting numb--your anxiety may be causing you to hyperventilate slightly--especially if you feel light headed

Different problems: These problems are unlikely to be related. There are many options for heavy painful periods. See an Obgyn and they can discuss your options with you. Right arm numbness or neuropathy would be handled by a neurologist.
