Voices in head?: Please consult either your primary care doctor or psychiatrist right away. If voices are telling you to do some harm to either you or others then head to the ER.

If you have new: onset psychosis than please have someone take you to an emergency room. If this is more of a chronic problem please work a psychiatrist for an optimal treatment plan. Take care.
