No: Voice pitch depends on the shape, diameter and length of he larynx. These do not usually change with increasing body weight. Voice pitch may change with age (as the throat muscles loosen) or with surgery or disease affecting the throat.

No: Voice pitch depends on the shape, diameter and length of the larynx or voice box. These usually do not change with increasing body weight. Pitch can change with age as the vocal muscles loosen. Throat diseases and surgery can also change the pitch and quality of the voice.
