If i eat anything it feels stuck in my chest/top of stomach. hurts. lasts all day. not heartburn on omeprozole sudden onset. what is going on?!

Need to see Gastroen: You need to be seen by GI You may have narrowing of the esophagus secondary to reflux. But you needs tests to find the etiology and then you will be started on the correct treatment.

Do I have GERD? I feel a pressure on my throat and/or chest, slight nausea, and lots of burping. Medication (Omeprazole and Gaviscon) has been useless; diet changes have made no effect; and posture does not affect symptoms at all?
