A million things: Where does one start listing things? It could be food poisoning, contaminated water, infection in any part of the body, Premenstrual syndrome, pregnancy, migraine headaches, Meniere's disease, riding a fast merry go around, motion sickness, wrong eyeglasses, side effects of medications....the list goes on and on.
