Hypotension: You should be examined because there are many causes of dizziness and vomiting and sweats including cardiac ( your heart).

Possible, unlikely: Dizziness could be caused by low blood pressure none of the other symptoms. If you have a spinning sensation and the rest of the symptoms you have vertigo . If you feel like passing out should see a doctor asap.
