No: The fecal calprotectin is a relatively sensitive test for inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease and is not affected by the medications you mention. HOWEVER it is technically possible that Naproxen which is an NSAID can inflame your GI tract! Ask your Gastroenterologist for his/her input! Hope this helps Dr Z
