trying to quit smoking, down to seven a day. but when i smoke as of late i get a throbbing pain in my left knee cap. is this something to worry about?

Good luck!: It's no secret that smoking raises the risk of many of health problems, the throbbing pain in your left knee cap is not one of them. To successfully quit smoking, you’ll need to address an addiction and the habits and routines that go along with it. Ask your PCP for help. Good luck!
