Time to call OB: Suspicious for presence of an infection. Might be nothing, but should ask your OB. He/she may want to do an exam and microscopic evaluation of discharge to be certain nothing concerning..

Please get checked: It is not clear why you have this discharge, but it may represent an infection that could threaten the health of your pregnancy. Do urgently see your obstetrician to assess the problem and recommend a treatment plan. Hope that helps.
