Fasting: If the draws were truly fasting, that is without food overnight, then I would advise a different test to evaluate your average blood sugar over time. This is called a hemoglobin A1C. The blood tests are generally more reliable. You may need medication adjustment if you are already diagnosed with diabetes and on medication, or just further evaluation. Ask your practitioner.
