Maybe none: It may show up incidentally on a CT scan or or with abnormal liver function tests unless it is huge then maybe RUQ pain.

Likely none: Liver hemangioma may not be associated with any symptoms. If it does cause symptoms it may cause right upper abdominal pain, nausea, decreased appetite and feeling of fullness.
