AM headaches: It may be migraines or caffeine withdrawal. Do you have DM? HTN? Sleep apnea?thyroid?At 58 I would seek medical attention from doctor/ neurologist and also check for pathology like mass/aneurysm/carotid disease, normal pressure hydrocephlus, or infectious causes like lyme if that occurs in your country.
