Unrelated: Discharge isn't really related to cysts. If you have a hemoraghic cyst you are probably in the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle (the second half of the monthly cycle), and cervical mucous can be thicker at that point in the cycle. If there is itching or burning or bad smell, its not related at all and you should see your doc to better figure it out.
