Pronation or turning: the hand down is important fortunately can be made uo by slightly raising ones elbow. Often we forget to concentrate on isolated pronation when stiff. prolonged stiffness is hard to overcome and needs hand therapy and patience even with restored anatomy. Besides therapy a very active daily regimen helps, not just at therapy/ at home too. "hammer rotation" often helps but need approval by OT/PT/HT
