Infant Sleep: There are two parallel paths when attempting sleep training....one is Dr. William Sears and the other is Dr. Ferber. Dr Sears is all about attachment parenting and Dr. Ferber is a more no nonsense approach. Probably you will find a happy medium between the two.

Our own upbringing, insecurities affect such practices. So do not be too hard on yourself..do what is most comfortable to you and which is least frustrating . Both parents should agree on the plan broadly.
