Depends: A deviated septum causing sinus infections probably would be covered by NHS (a guess).If cosmetic only...?See an NHS Ear Nose Throat surgeon who'd make a recommendation, then coverage would be known.See http://www.nhs.uk/Service-Search/Services/E Consider also:1)post-surgical scarring's possible, 2)an underlying self-esteem issue may not be corrected by the surgery (try counseling before surgery)
