I am flecainide for af. sometimes when i check my resting pulse it starts at around 34 but quickly jumps to late 50's/60s. is this ok?

AF/flecainide: What you describe is probably fine if you have no symptoms with it. On the other hand without knowing more specifics including what the rhythm(s) are associated with what you describe; can't be certain there isn't a problem.
