Many possibilities: Many reasons can lead to that, depending on where the blood is coming form. It could be some respiratory infection of the upper or lower respiratory system. For example, pneumonia, bronchitis can give you that. Significant amount of blood can also come from cancer. There are other reasons, so you need to have this checked out.
