Not likely: We need a lot more information to answer this question accurately, most importantly would be your age and X-ray findings in the spine and knees for starters. Sometimes Chiropractic adjustments can flare back pain or sciatica if muscles go into spasm or nerves get irritated respectively. Thus it is best that you see a Spine Specialist or Sports medicine doctor who can provide a thorough evaluation.

Uncommon but possibl: See an Orthopod to determine the cause of your painful knees and find whether the back pain is radiating to the knees or not.
