Dental fillings: As long as you feel up to it. The dental fillings should not interfere with your exercise, so you can re-start exercising when you feel up to it after any fillings.

Usually: You have no activity restriction with standard tooth filling, particularly if you only had local anesthesia. If you have conscious sedation, or more significant sedation for the procedure, you may want to want till the next morning. If you are really concerned though, review this with your dentist.
