Reflux: The main question I think is if reflux is causing you the symptoms. For that reason a trial of OTC Omeprazole or lansoprazole along with lifestyle changes should help us understand if that is all that' s needed. If that is not the case will know that we have to look for a different cause. Keeping a log of your symptoms would help in this case.
