It shouldn't ....: Oral contraceptive pills would not be predicted to have any favorable effect on nausea and acid reflux. In fact, many women report nausea as a side effect of OCPs, often in the few few cycles. OCPs may help menstrual cramps and PMS, improving abdominal symptomatology, but would not be expected to improve GERD.
