Compared to what?: Butrans is the patch form of buprenorphine which is an opioid agonist/antagonist which is very different from other opiates or opioids like codeine, morphine, heroin, methadone, hydromorphone, oxycodone, etc which are all agonists.

Sure not a weak one: It comes in patch form to treat ch pain and have all the properties more or less like morphine
