I have an itchy thoat, non stop mucous cough and throat tighness for a week. (throat tighness-3 days) its very uncomfy, not allergic to any food.

Rhinitis cough: Rhinitis, inflammation of nasal passages, can cause stuffiness, itch + mucus in the back of the throat, fullness sensation, cough. There are allergic (mold, pollen, dust) & nonallergic triggers =infectious (virus or bacteria, e.g.), irritant exposure to chemicals, perfumes. Best to have a doc, nurse practitioner, or physician asst take a look @ the nose, throat, and design a treatment plan to help.
