Could be many things: Lower stomach pains may mean a few different things. It could be gas or constipation. It could be a cyst or ruptured ovarian. It could be pregnancy. You would need to be evaluated by a doctor and assessed for the possible reasons to why you are having stomach pain. This may involve an abdominal and pelvic exam, urine pregnancy test and sonography.
