Thyroid problem very suspicious.: Let's put it this way are you woman of your age should not be losing hair around the edges. If you're Caucasian strongly indicates possible thyroid problem and if you're Black you have to worry about hairclip alopecia which is basically seen in those who tightly braid their hair and exert chronic pressure on it, so you have to be very careful about plaiting the hair.
