Abnormal: Different questions in 1. Fungal urine infections are not always treated. If you have symptoms attributable to the infection such as fever, pain at urination, etc treating may be a good idea. Given the condition that you suffer from and the type of treatment you undergo would suggest that you have it treated. It only seems that the strain that you have is resistant to Voriconazole.
