May help: A single dose take as directed on the package may help. Do not take more than directed as may cause electrolyte imbalance. You should not use it if if you have any nausea or vomiting. See your doctor form more effective therapy. Amitiza (lubiprostone) is indicated for opioid induced constipation. It is available with prescription.
