I had a gastroscopy yesterday. now i have left ear pain when i swallow or turn my neck. no other symptoms. should i worry?

Not necessarily: The symptoms you mention likely relate to your Eustachian tube.This tube permits air to enter the middle ear and mucous to drain into the throat from that area.Sometimes the tube swells with irritation or a cold.I would call your regular doc and discuss your symptoms.
