My take for you ...: What described seems pertaining to some native disorders of the bladder or the contents of pelvic cavity. However, more effort in analyzing the detailed features of symptoms such as their degree, onset, duration, evolution, & progress over time + conducting proper physical exams + doing tests as needed so to deduce possible causes for effective Rx now and counseling for the future.
