Whether the malignant tumors are always small in size?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In early stages: All malignant tumors start as a single deranged cell and grow gradually. So all of them are small at some stage of their development. Most malignant tumor kill before they reach a size of about one Kg (two pounds). Benign tumors can grow to be tens of pounds.
