Usually a: serum BUN/Cr and basic urinalysis/sediment will demonstrated if there are any concerning kidney issues going on. Remember kidney dysfunction/disease has many causes beyond just appropriate circulation of blood; as in you can have good blood flow and still have kidney disease.
