OK: Have your Dr. be aware of your LLQ discomfort, which sound like it may be more intestinal anyway, than anything to do with your scrotum, especially since you had an US of that area. have the exam concentrate more on the LLQ Abdominal area. Possible Constipation, Diverticulosis, IBS, etc, etc,-Need exam to start the diagnostic process. Good luck.
