If...: If this is a new change in your regular periods then pregnancy is always a consideration. The only way to know is with a pregnancy test. I am not sure how easy it is for you to get one where you are located. If possible do so. If not pregnant sometimes this may be related to hormonal variations so I would wait for the next due period and see how it is. If still abnormal you need to see your doctor
