Irregular bleeding: Not all periods are exactly one month apart. They can vary from 28 - 35 days. If you are not pregnant and on reliable form on contraception, then these symptoms can be secondary to pre-menstrual symptoms. warm pads, hydration, nsaids can help mitigate some of your symptoms.
