Unlikely ....: Not sure I completely understand but it sounds like you are taking birth control pills, took three weeks, then the placebo pill for day 22, 23, and then back to a new pack? Of course, if you took all 7 placebo pills, a period would be expected. Somewhat less likely if you only took two, but just missing the hormone/active pills for 2 days could have triggered this. You are unlikely pregnant.
