Yes: Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate.I would also suggest talking with your health provider about contraceptive,that would have dual purpose of regulation of period and contraception.

Yes: Your pregnancy test is negative. you are not pregnant. So, be calm. Take treatment for PCOS and you will get your menstrual cycle back. Good Luck
