Mystery of medicine!: Peope are not cookie cutter identical copies. Each of us has environmental, genetic, behavioral, & individual predispositions to disease. In your particular case, now that you have known risk for aspirin-related enteropathy, PLEASE stop taking aspirin & NSAID's (unless the risk of doing so is greater than the risk of the drug) & talk to your doctor(s) about alternatives.
