Some options...: Body sculpting sounds promising but the "pear" body type preferentially stores fat around the hips; "apples" store it around their waist. There are however lots of great toning exercises available (on cable TV, local gyms, community colleges, hospital wellness programs) that you may want to explore. Keep in mind your goals & exercise tolerance are unique, so an individualized approach is best.
