Need more info...: It sounds like you have acute abdominal pain. Are you also having other symptoms like nausea/vomiting/constipation/diarrhea? You also mention blood sugars-are you diabetic? If your pain started suddenly and is not getting better, you should get evaluated at an ER or urgent care center, especially if you're diabetic. You need to get a diagnosis and then you can be treated! Good luck!!!
