Swollen uvula: A swollen uvula is not a side effect of planB. You could however, be allergic to the medication in plan B and that could cause a swollen uvula. If you develop breathing difficulties or unexplained rashes head for the ER

I have not seen: this in the literature. If you have swollen face, lips, tongue, throat or hives/ difficulty breathing that could be a serious allergic reaction and would warrant immediate medical care.
