Unlikely: A single episode like this isn't mich of a worry. Still, I'd find another cleaner. Equally, you might reconsider your use of disinfecting sprays. Look for a good cleaning agent without alcohol and which doesn't offer the opportunity to breathe fumes.

Pregnancy: inhalents: A disinfectant spray containing alcohol is unlikely to affect your fetus. Assuming that you are not using it more than every few hours, you and your fetus should not have any adverse effect.
