Probably not. Just wash them as you usually would. Disinfectant spray not likely to help more. Get mouse traps and use them.

These mice breed rapidly, every three weeks at least 6 new babies. The only disease they carry are the salmonella bacteria that will contaminate food sources, kitchen surfaces, and equipment. Use a mixture of one part bleach to 9 parts water for 5 minutes on floors and objects. Wash clothes in disinfectant solution and hot water. Use gloves and protective clothing when cleaning.
