Drug interaction: Most significant potential interaction is btwn Buspar (buspirone) & clomipramine (Serotonin Syndrome). Minor (clinically insignificant) interaction can occur w viagra & nuvigil. Comipramine & nuvigil combo can lead to sedation, constipation, urinary retention,blurred vision & dry mouth. Buspar (buspirone) & risperdal can lead to sedation, V concentration & dizziness.Buspar (buspirone) plus nuvigil may v Buspar (buspirone) concentration.
