For the last week, i've been having sudden head jerks, almost like a jolt of electricity that happen several times a night. what should i do?

Head Jerks: You should have a medical consultation done with your physician. It is important to get a full history and physical and make an evaluation about what these sudden head jerks are that have appeared out of no where. Good Luck to you.
