Head Jerks: You should have a medical consultation done with your physician. It is important to get a full history and physical and make an evaluation about what these sudden head jerks are that have appeared out of no where. Good Luck to you.

Jerks: These could be myoclonic jerks or motor tics. You need to see a neurologist ASAP.
