I'm feeling a strong pulsing in the upper topside of my left thigh. there's no pain associated but curious as what could be causing this?

Possible muscular: twitch or spasm. The only major pulsing artery in your upper thigh area would be the femoral artery, which is actually only felt in your groin area. This is probably a muscle spasm or twitching.
