I sometimes feel a twitching and or pulsing feeling on the inside of my thighs close to my knees. i sit alot during the day. do i need to consult a dr?

Try exercise: If you are not doing it, exercise about 30 minutes/day for at least 5 days/week. Any exercise will do. Start with the intensity you can tolerate and gradually increase the intensity of exercise. If after 3 months, it has not solved the issue, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
