See answer : Mirtazapine is used primarily in the treatment of depression and other mood disorders. Potential side effects include mood or mental changes, including abnormal thinking, agitation, anxiety, confusion, and feelings of not caring. Some antidepressants, especially SSRIs, can paradoxically exacerbate some peoples' depression or anxiety or cause suicidal ideation. Recommend contact your MD for advice.

Absolutely: This is one of the side effects of mirtazapine. Please see your prescriber as soon as possible and let them know that you are having this problem so that they can make medication adjustments. All medications can have side effects.. You just need to find one that helps you without ucomfortable side effects. Sometimes this can take a few tries. Good luck to you
