What to do if you're anemic

Depends on cause: depending on the cause of your anemia would determine the best treatment. You should get a thorough exam and blood work to find out the cause first. If you are iron deficient take iron or if B12 deficient take B12 or your periods are heavy that also needs to be addressed. But you want to make sure you are not bleeding from somewhere you can't see as well like a colon polyp. Healthy diet helps.

Depends: mostly, Birth control pills and iron. (if due to heavy menstruation). Then, can be other bleeding, poor diet, immune disease, blood problem without an exam, I can only give general information, and a few simple tests (iron levels) would sort things out.
